Breeder: Joan Christine Williams, Victoria, BC
History:
Larazzi was approved in Calgary in 1994 then stood for his breeder Joan Christine Williams in Victoria, BC until he was acquired by Lawrence Beck a short time later. He was just beginning a career in the hunter ring when he succumbed to founder brought on by an infection.
Comments by Dr. Robert Baird:
An elegant, black son of Enrico Caruso, out of a Blitzwind mare. He showed good breed type and stallion expression, with an attractive face and a good top line. Rather fine in build, with a somewhat square frame. The left fore is slightly turned out. In all three gaits, but especially the walk, he showed much elasticity and impulsion and moved with relaxed athleticism. He demonstrated an excellent temperament. He should cross well with medium sized mares.
