About the Perfomance Database The results in this performance database have been derived from various sources. Much of the older data was pulled from past issues of The American Trakehner magazine. More recent information (1997 to present) has been extracted from many different magazines, newsletters and websites which publish horse show results as well as direct submissions from owners, riders, trainers, breeders & stallion owners. It contains only data from those horses which been accurately identified as Trakehners (eligible for ATA registration) through owners and breeders, ATA owner on record, verification from the AHSA, USDF, USCTA or CEF, or from breeding data published in show programs and/or show results. This data is by no means to be considered a complete record of Trakehner performance results in North America as it only represents a fraction of Trakehner horses competing successfully at all levels of sport. Nor should the show results listed for each horse be considered complete, as they may only reflect a small portion of each horse's show career. The data provided herein is limited to AHSA, USDF, USCTA, CEF, CADORA, Trillium recognized competitions, as well as Sport Horse Breed shows and Dressage, Combined Training or Hunter/Jumper schooling schools. Unfortunately errors and typos do occur, corrections are both appreciated and encouraged. Previously results prior to 1997 were not published on this website, such results will now be happily accepted and published. For those wishing to send additional information or corrections on their horse's careers please be sure to include: name of each show city where show was held state where show was held month of show - year of show class/division name placings, along with any championships or high score awards scores for dressage results owner at time of show rider for each class if it varies How can you help continue to build this database? Submit results for your Trakehners . Submissions or corrections may be sent as an email or as text or spreadsheet attachment (.txt, .doc, .wps, .xls) to showresults@americantrakehner.com. Photos may be sent as email attachments, preferably in .jpg format. Please provide photo credits. For professional photos, please check with the photographer to verify that internet use is OK, not all photographers' releases automatically include internet use.
