Frequently Asked Questions

(FAQs)The office staff, committee chairs, and the new Office Oversight Committee have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions and answers arranged by category. It is designed to save you and the central office many telephone calls, so please consult the FAQ list before telephoning the office.
Other subjects will be added as needed, and additional questions will be added to existing topics, so please always check the listing before calling the office.

If you do not find the answer to your question please fax or E-mail the office so we can add your question to the list. Now that there are only two employees in the office, we need for members to be as self-sufficient as possible. If you have any further suggestions for helping members help themselves please direct them to any ATA Board member. We welcome your input in improving efficiency and member services.
