WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH: 11:30 a.m. American Trakehner Foundation Meeting (Foundation Board members only) - Radisson Hotel 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m. Board of Trustees Meeting (Board members only) - Radisson Hotel THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Board of Trustees Meeting (Board members only) - Radisson Hotel 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Welcome Reception (sandwiches, pasta, salads and more) - Radisson Hotel 5:00 p.m. - Chartered buses leave for Royal Agricultural Winter Fair (round trip tickets $5.75 CAN per person) 6:50 P.M. - World Cup Dressage Musical Freestyle Competition at Royal Agricultural Winter Fair (Tickets sold through Ticketmaster Group Discount Code is ATA2004, PH: 416-872-7777 cost: $34CAN or $30CAN) FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Annual Membership Meeting - Radisson Hotel Markham 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Tour of Galten Farm #1 and Inspection of Six Mares - 10206 Warden Ave., Markham, ON (Sandwiches and refreshments sponsored by the Schickedanz family) 1:00 p.m. - Stallion Inspection Veterinary Examination and Measuring (Will begin at Galten Farm with Arapaho GS and continue with the stallion candidates at Royal Canadian Riding Academy youngest to oldest.) FREE JUMPING PRACTICE WILL BE RUN CONCURRENT WITH THE VET EXAM 6:30 p.m. - Dinner at Old Country Inn (ATA will sponsor dessert and coffee) 8:00 p.m. - Open Forum Discussion - Old Country Inn SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. - Stallion Inspection - Royal Canadian Riding Academy (order of go = youngest to oldest) 7:00 p.m. - Annual Awards Banquet - Radisson Hotel Markham (Salmon or Prime Rib with soup, salad, vegetable, and desert) (Disc Jockey/music/dancing after awards ceremony) SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 14TH: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Board of Trustees Meeting with newly elected Board Members - Radisson Hotel 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Mare Inspection of 5 - 6 Mares - Royal Canadian Riding Academy Possible afternoon second farm tour to Galten Farm (50 miles from Toronto) if there is sufficient interest and weather permits. Will not start before 1:00 p.m. Note: All horses must be removed from the Royal Canadian Riding Academy by 3:00 p.m. unless other boarding arrangements are made with the facility.
