Show Results Submission Form

When filling out the form, please DO NOT TYPE IN ALL lowercase or ALL CAPS. Type with proper capitalization. This is much appreciated!

Instructions:

  1. Horses must be registered with The ATA to have show results entered into the database.

  2. If one of your horse's parents is not a Trakehner, indicate that horse's breed in parenthesis next to the name.
    Thoroughbreds are designated by (xx), Arabians by (ox). Type out the breed name for all others.

  3. Complete all fields in the Horse Bio section of this form and any other fields with an *.

  4. Press Submit below to send information electronically to the ATA

  5. Send photos attached to a separate email to showresults@americantrakehner.com Please put Show Photos and horse's name in the subject line.

  6. If you want pictures printed in the magazine, please send them to Zenda Farrell at zenda.farrell@gmail.com as a good quality print or as a digital file at 300 dpi

  7. If you have more than 2 shows to report, please fill out this form multiple times. We'd prefer from a workflow perspective, that you report your shows as they occur... THANKS!

    This form will only work reliably in Internet Explorer although FireFox also may work. If you have any problems, please fill out the form and copy and paste it into an email to showresults@americantrakehner.com.
