Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are a necessary part of the Convention. We urge anyone that can, to help at whatever level they are comfortable.
We are currently looking for people interested in helping with the Sponsorship Committee. If you would like to work on the committee please contact Pam or Stacey.

2007 Levels of Sponsorships & Current Sponsors
Diamond
$600 and up cash sponsorship, inside front, inside back or back cover or two full inside pages for your ad, your banner in the arena, daily announcements as a sponsor, private table for promo materials, special seating in the sponsor area for up to 4 people and complimentary coffee, ice tea or water, your name on a jump in the stake classes, listing in the program and on signs as a Diamond Sponsor, listing on the Convention pages of the ATA website.
Platinum
$400 - $599, 1 full page ad in the program, your banner in arena, daily announcements as a sponsor, private table for promo materials, special seating in the sponsor area for up to 4 people, listing in the program and on signs as Platinum sponsor, listing on the Convention pages of the ATA website.

Stake Class Jump Sponsor
For those that do not need the perks involved with the above levels of sponsorship we offer this new sponsorship. This is a cash donation to the convention not to the stake classes. (You can find information about stake class sponsorship below.) You can donate cash starting at $200 and your business and name will be posted on a jump during the stake classes. Your name will also be listed in the program and announced during the convention. Each $200 increment will give you an additional jump.
For those that would like to have an advertisement in the program but do not need the other perks of a sponsorship the pricing follows. Files should be 300dpi and in JPG, PSD, PDF or BMP files.
Program will be 8.5" X 11". Black and white on coated paper.

In order to take advantage of the advertising opportunities you must submit your sponsorship and/or artwork by October 1, 2007. After that time the program will go to print ending our ability to insert your ad. You would still get the other benefits of that level of sponsorship. We are also looking for people or businesses willing to sponsor the Hunter and Jumper Stake classes.
These individuals will get listed in the program and get announcements made during the convention for their generosity. They will also get special seating in the sponsor areas of the arena. (The number of people for special seating will coincide with like cash values for the other sponsorships.) Contributors of $600 or more will have their company name on a jump in the stake classes.
